„The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo. I stayed alone, and while the room was very small and a bit worn out, it was quiet, had AC, a fridge, and seemed clean despite everything being a bit old. It’s a bit unusual that you have to leave the key at reception, but there’s always someone there, so it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—soy milk is available, and the croissants are excellent. Overall, an amazing price for such a prime location!“

„The hotel needs a complete refurbishment. In general not worth the money, it was quite expensive. The room was clean but there was a heavy smell of chlorine cleaner. We tried to air the room but couldn't open the shutters, they were stuck. We didn't drink the water because there was mold in the fridge. During the check-in the staff was very friendly and that's why we stayed despite the unpleasantnesses. In the morning we made the worst experience with hotel stuff ever. The guy was rude, ...
