„The hotel was lovely in every way. The staff was so accommodating, so informative and truly took care of our needs. Unfortunately I am upset with the parkade security. We paid $25 to park in the parkade which ended in our car getting broken into. Although the hotel isn’t liable for the stolen items I still wish there was more security put in place with the money I paid. „Exceptional hotel (it is a Canada National Historic Site). The interior has a nice old fashioned luxury stile which I liked very much. Only the batroom (although very clean) is a little outdated and does not fit to the luxury design of the hotel. “

„Was looking forward to use the sauna but it was out of order. Otherwise very friendly and clean. A great location especially in the summer for what is near by. Would love to see a hot tub added.“
