„Very nice hotel with wonderful flowers in the heart of Milan. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Beautiful Spa. Good restaurant with very impressive wine list. Rooms could have a water cooker and coffee machine as standard and as in most hotel of this standard. Carpets are rather old. No separate shower. Room service is fast. “

„Hôtel fantastique à 2 minutes de la gare centrale. Chambres grandes et confortables. Personnel de l'hôtel très professionnel et attentif! Leur amabilité est un plus. La piscine et le spa valent le détour. Shuttle régulier de l'hotel au dôme. Petit déjeuner hors classe.“

„The service at the hotel is awful. Starting with incredibly unfriendly concierges and staff. Opted for two premium rooms, only one was given, the other one small and noisy, the tram passes by next to the room.Cleaning of the room wasn’t done, had to call twice till they came, they forgot to dust, put clean glasses and toilet paper. Had to call again. Opening hours of the Sofia Bar and restaurant not acceptable, announced otherwise on the website. Breakfast poor for a 5- star hotel.“

„Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Unser Zimmer war sehr stilvoll und ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Service im ganzen Hotel war fantastisch, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Zu den bekannten Einkaufsstrassen braucht man zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten. “

„Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Front-Desk Personal und schönes Zimmer, obwohl die Türe beim Badezimmer nicht vollständig zu geht. Schönes, aber sehr kleines Spa. Toller Pool auf dem Dach mit bequemen Liegestühlen. Coole Bar mit sehr guten Drinks. Der Service im Rooftop Restaurant beim Frühstück war alles andere als 5*, sehr langsam und unfreundlich. Das Essen á la carte war leider mittelmässig. Wir hätten uns mehr erhofft, das Hotel verdient deshalb nur 4 Sterne.“

„Modernes Hotel in guter Lage ! Es sind knappe 30 min zum Dom….leider sind die Zimmer schon abgewohnt. wunderbare hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption ! Rooftop Bar teuer & unfreundliches Service …man bekomm überall mehr für sein Geld .“
