„Excellent value for a high grade hotel“

„There was an electricity cut for two hours. The management decided to send the whole kitchen staff home, although at 6pm power came back. That left us with no warm meal in the evening in the middle of nowhere. Worst thing : not even the kitchen manager stayed to give an explanation. We got a compensation but that is not the way you manage things in a 5 start establishment. On the other side, in the brochures it was said there would be a cold buffet for breakfast. „Probably 1 of the best accommodation I stayed in Australia. Just behind the property there are many wild kangaroos & we took our baby out for an evening stroll to see the kangaroos. Everything was great from check-in to check-out, my baby loves the playground and its great that its just beside the restaurant. Sadly it was just a night, I would love to stay longer! Definitely will be back if I'm returning back to Yarra.“
