Lovely 3 Bedroom Bungalow on the shore of Lough Corrib (Oughterard.)
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 50 reviews
"We loved our 2 week stay in this stylish 1960s Mid-Century Modern bungalow with Lough Corrib at the end of the garden. The building is very original, retaining period features with some sympathetic updating in kitchen and bathrooms. The views out over the lough are mesmerising. Building manager Mike could not have been more helpful. The villa was constructed as a fishing lodge and that is the theme that runs through the building. It is an ideal base for touring the picturesque Galway and...

Spacious shore-side bungalow in an exclusive and historic location
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 89 reviews
"The property is large and was ideally arranged for us. Coming in from the beach or a walk into a utility area so the wet kayaking gear could be removed and hung up. We were able to put the dog crate in the next room, plenty of space so she went straight in from outside. We took a ramp for the one step at the back so my wheelchair got in. There are however 2 steps from the lounge up to the bedrooms, so not fully wheelchair accessible. I was able to cope with the 2 steps Both lounges have...

Traditional Irish Cottage In The Heart Of Connemara with WI-FI
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, 106 reviews
"I loved this bright, well maintained home. It is truly a place that offers a wonderful respite. I'd have preferred a few more offerings on the tv, or at least a way to connect Netflix. The house is secluded, which is both good and somewhat of a drawback in that it's quite a way to a pub, restaurants, or a good-sized market. Knowing that in advance, I was still very happy with my stay."

Vacation in paradise typical country house
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, 150 reviews
"We were greeted by our host, Rosi, when we arrived. She was very welcoming and understanding to the fact that we were late. Her little cottage was all that we hoped it would be. Simple, rustic, and everything you would think an Irish cottage should be. The location was great. Waking up to the view of the mountains was amazing. Rosi, was great and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a beautiful garden to explore if you have time. Hoping to go back again. Thank you Rosi for the...

"Sunnybank House is exactly as described. Highlights for our group of 18 family and relatives include: evening gatherings around the two peat-burining fireplaces with a variety of Irish Whiskeys; a very short walk to the pubs and restaraunts in Clifden, having a chef cook a delicious dinner in our own kitchen for all of us to enjoy, sightseeing all around Connemara; golf at the Connemara Links course just 15 minutes away; and wonderful pub visits out in the country...especially Paddy Coynes pub...

"What an incredible and comfortable place. The views, property and region were stunning. Loved the cottage and its decor and the peaceful easy energy that surrounded us. Inspiring views of Croagh Patrick
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, 36 reviews
"This peaceful cottage is in a great location if you want to get away from it all. Finding it may have been easier if the instructions were in English rather than German. Easy access to Westport and Newport if you need to shop. The cottage itself was not the warmest place we have ever stayed and could do with a little tlc but generally comfortable . The inspiring views of Croagh Patrick were largely blocked by an overgrown hedge. However we enjoyed our stay very much."

BROWNSTOWN LODGE - Fishing Lodge & Country House with lake view and secluded location
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 40 reviews
"We spent two lovely weeks at the Brownstown Lodge. The house is spacious and comfortable. It was a good base for our exploration of western Ireland. Thomas responded immediately to our texts. Jim and Mary were wonderful hosts. There was cake and a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers waiting for us upon arrival. Midway through our stay, Mary brought us a delicious homemade rhubarb crisp! We loved the peaceful country setting. We are in a hotel now in Dublin. . .missing the comforts of the Brownstown...

"This well appointed immaculate home provided all the comforts of home for our group of golfers from the USA. The beds were SO comfortable and the separate bathrooms for each bedroom were a real bonus. Right on the sea front bright bungalow with big secluded garden
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, 78 reviews
"Our family stayed at this lovely home for a few nights during our 2 week holiday to Ireland. The cottage is quaint with it's traditional decor and lovely homey feel. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was great. The real clincher and the reason we will most certainly be back is the gardens around the property and the VIEW. Incredible. I wish we'd had more time to enjoy it! Thank you for hosting us!"
