„The room was nicer than the previous hotel we stayed at in Columbus. The hotel itself was nice, but management gave me issues once I asked to continue my stay for work purposes. We came to the office around 9 AM and he would not give me the same room and wanted to put me in a different room that cost more money. I believe they did this so they would not have to honor their price I paid for 5 days. I don’t know if I will be back because management was difficult and would not work with me “

„Staff was excellent, accommodating, always smiling and standing ready to assist with anything you might need. The elevator was not working; we are elderly so the front desk attendant changed our room to the first floor to accommodate our needs. The breakfast staff were so nice and kept the area clean and made sure food was always available. “

„The desk staff were great. The TV didn’t work ( couldn’t turn it on) in my room. The bed sheets on one bed looked grayish instead of crisp white. A friend who traveled with me found fake eyelashes stuck to the TV remote in her room. Her tissue box was not in a plastic case & the tissues looked faded, not white tissues. We heard another guest complaining about black sticky stuff on sheets in her room. I stayed in the Columbus Courtyard in April, 2022, & found it much cleaner looking & ...

„Fine hotel. Clean. Breakfast was a miss. Western omelettes and chicken sausage? If you didn't want cereal or a waffle, those were your choices. Ran out of coffee, out of hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit. I mean, can you just put some coffee and food out? “

„Every time we come to Columbus for a race we stay here & we always have a great stay! They know us by name when we come in & everyone is so friendly & helpful. The room is always clean & the free breakfast is pretty good. We will continue to stay here while in town.“

„We love staying at this property. The staff have been wonderful every single time. They are super helpful and very nice. The property itself is clean and neat; however, the location means there is noise from the highway. Additionally, the physical property around the hotel is old and not very attractive. I just want to be honest; however, the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel make it worth the stay. Also, the breakfast is really good. Some hotel-included breakfasts really miss the mark. ...
