„Great service as always. Especially from the manager and Esther. The manager made sure that my pickup ride from the airport was prompt and safe. The cleaning crew is on point too. They just need to work on the breakfast options and kitchen. Also I never got my VIP status wine even though I asked for it severally. “

„It's much better managed than when it was under Sheraton. The room had a lot of noises coming in from the street and club, even though I asked for a quiet room. The corridor was made of tile and transmitted a lot of noise when people walked by your unit (luggage, cleaning cart, etc.).“

„It conviennent for us as it is walking distance to work. The food at the restaurant is good but not always taste the same thing from day to day. The breakfast do not offert yogurt. They offer waffle but nothing to put on it. But the employees are very nice and they always welcoming you. “

„My bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain. The glass to protect the water from getting on the floor was half way built. So you have to be care when you hundle your way out of the bathtub. This was Room 205. The last time I stayed ant BON hotel I didn’t have this issue. However , everything else was great and felt like home. “

„Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches Personal. Strenge Sicherheit. Grosse Zimmer. Maintenance Probleme wie in allen Hotels in Nigeria. Ueberall Spannteppiche aber keine starken Staubsauger, Kalt-Heiss Wasser Mischung funktioniert nicht. Trotz allem würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Es wird kein Alkohol serviert.“

„Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, bis ich am Tag vor meinem Abflug einen positiven Covid Test hatte. Von da war es vorbei mit der Freundlichkeit, Kooperation oder Kulanz Fehlanzeige. Trotz Intervention durch die deutsche Botschaft wurde ich quasi gezwungen, das Hotel zu verlassen. Mir wurde erzählt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht wäre, was definitiv gelogen war. Ich benötigte eine 14tägige Quarantäne Unterkunft, was laut deutscher Botschaft in ähnlichen Fällen problemlos möglich war. Aber ...

„I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! The pool area was beautiful, covered, and comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating and poolside drink service. Other dining, drink, and entertainment options ...

„First time back in a few years and I was more than pleased with what I encountered. My flight in was delayed and by the time I arrived at the hotel, my room key was ready and I was able to go straight to my room. The room was in good condition and as comfortable as I remembered. The maintenance issues that led me to stop staying here appeared to have been addressed.“

„Absolutely beautiful hotel and very clean. However, check in was a bit of a hassle, the TV had this annoying habit of the screen saver constantly coming on while you're watching TV. NO netflix. Food was sub par for the high prices. Staff were very friendly. “
