Prepare everything from your morning coffee to elaborate, full-course dinners in the sparkling, well-equipped kitchen. Dine together at the attached breakfast bar or the adjacent table . And after meals, settle into the comfortable, main-level living area with soaring, cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and easy access out to the furnished, wraparound deck complete with a private hot tub and gas grill. Downstairs, there's an additional entertainment room with more seating options, a dry bar with a minifridge, a full-size pool table, and a gas log fireplace. And for even more fun, head into the separate game room where you'll find a Ping-Pong table, pinball, and more! And for sleeping accommodations, this home offers five luxurious bedrooms (one is located inside the detached carriage house) as well as a furnished loft. (The loft even offers a desk area with a printer for virtual learners and workers.) Take your pick from two king rooms, two rooms with queen beds, and a kid-friendly bunk room.

This home is tucked away on a cul-de-sac, providing a unique sense of privacy while still keeping you close to a variety of exciting outdoor activities. No matter the season, the Wisp Mountain Resort, just a short drive away, offers skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing in winter, along with escape rooms, ziplines, an exciting mountain coaster, and plenty of other fair-weather fun. Five miles south, go swimming or boating at Deep Creek Lake, or enjoy a scenic hike through Swallow Falls State Park, 14 miles southwest. The home itself is set on six partially-wooded acres with a firepit and panoramic views, offering plenty of opportunities for adventure without ever going far from home.

There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
Two sofa beds are included - one in the living room and one in the loft.
Access ramp for guests with limited mobility.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
