„Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Küche groß und die Gastgeber stellen sogar zahlreiche Nahrungsmittel zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude ist ruhig gelegen und sehr charmant mit dem zentralen Pool. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat eine Größe von circa 1,80 x 1 m, es passen also nur zwei kleine Kinder drauf.“

„The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space.“

„Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und hell mit eigenem überdachtem Parkplatz und Balkon. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab eine super Grundsusstattung an Lebensmitteln. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Burbank und Glendale, wo es viele Restaurants, Cafés und Shoppingmöglichkeiten gibt. Auch sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norden LAs innerhalbvon 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Shopping Möglichkeiten “

Alles war sehr ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir waren über die vielen vorhandenen Lebensmittel überrascht, die alles noch komfortabler gemacht haben. „Overall, it was a great place to stay. There was some lack of communication with the property manager. Also, the outlets in the master bedroom was not working during our stay, notified the property manager., but nothing was fixed. All in all—-We had a great time, and everyone had space to relax and enjoy each other’s company.“

„We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE.“

„Friends and I spent a nice long weekend at Niki's property.The house comfortably sleeps four adults with their own rooms and bathrooms.
