„For the journey with my family (3 teenagers) from Montreal to Toronto, I was looking for a rural, intermediate Stop and was more than lucky to come across this little house. „Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und praktisch und ansprechend ausgestattet. Sie liegt am Rande der Stadt Picton und hat daher keinen Durchgangsverkehr, ist also relativ ruhig gelegen und dennoch nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, so dass man diese auch zu Fuss erreichen kann. Das Einchecken funktioniert über einen Zugangscode an der Eingangstür der Unterkunft, den man per E-Mail am Tag der Anreise erhält und der ab 15 Uhr gilt.Dies hat gut geklappt.“

„I've been staying in the county at least once a year for the past 15 years and this place is definitely one of my favorites. It is such a beautiful place and so tastefully decorated. It is also spotless. Communication with the owners was always very prompt and very helpful. And the location was fantastic - very short walk to main street in Picton. While we didn't get to use the decks and backyard (it was November), they looked great too. Oh, and did I mention, there's 3 bathrooms? I'd book here ...

„This Lake house was recently renovated and is sitting on the banks of Picton bay. Cool breezes and lots of shade. Our Host was there to greet us. Then cottage was air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. The four of us had a very enjoyable week at this cottage/home. Lots of chairs were available as well as many outdoor games to entertain children. A+++“

„Good size for a large family (we had 11 adults) but definitely needs a lot of TLC. The exterior of the building needed a good cleanup. The back deck needed total replacement as numerous boards were rotten and the handrail was rotten in many spots. I’d classify it as a safety hazard. „Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag.“

„We are 4 adults who had an excellent stay in this spacious home. The common areas are large, and the kitchen is well equipped. There are enough towels, paper towels, dishwasher pods and toilet paper provided for the duration of the stay, which is much appreciated. „Five of us met at this VRBO property for a long weekend of wine and cider sampling, shopping, touring and walking. The spacious, clean and comfortable house allowed us to each have our own room and to gather easily in the large, well-equipped kitchen, dining room and TV room for a great visit.
