„First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. „Lovely apartment, a comfy clean bed, Personnel on site were helpful and welcoming. Contacted on Wattsapp and helped to find the block as the normal GPS didn't get me there. However, no hot water in the kitchen, the drains smelt and cockroaches in abundance - even trying to get into the fridge! Gas ring had to be lit with a cigarette lighter (was provided!).
