„The new concept is not as flexible as the previous one. Some renovations should be done. The platform for booking restaurants should be fine tuned and some additional training for the staff regarding consistency of food and drink quality as well as hospitality would be good. All in all it was okay but compared with our stay two years ago there is definitely room for improvement. Special commendation to the staff and food at the Orient restaurant and the front desk.“

„Ich war in einem zimmer mir Meerblick, aber neben an waren die klimaanlagen vom ganze Hotel! Man konnte nicht auf den Balkon es war immer Laut. Die Bestecke warren immer schmutzig musste selber reinigen, die gläser waren auch schmutzig, der Rot wein bekam man in einem Nasen unsauberen glas. Der Strand war ok. Wärde selber es niemanden empfehlen da ich schon nach 3 nächten ausgezogen bin. Gebucht waren 6 nächte. Der wasser druck in den duschen im zimmer ist für die katz. Das personal ist sehr ...

„Fantastic location and excellent service and ammenities. Busy weekend with public holiday but didn’t feel too crowded. No queues for meals which was fantastic. Only downside was the lack of flexibility with booking a last minute seat at Waka bar to view the sunset over a cold drink. Tables were all booked out, but not actually used until well after the sun went down. Get in early and book a table if this is on your list to do.“

But (sadly) there are 2 active construction sites with day & nighttime construction activities. „In the middle of nowhere, near the "electricity road" there stands the Tulip Inn in Ras al Khaimah. It´s an ok hotel, parking no problem as the buildings seems to be scattered around by a Sim City player with a nervous tremor in his mouse finger. Showers are a bit mouldy, the installation ist sloppy but works. Be alarmed to be woken by the near mosque at 4:45 am. Over all it´s ok for 1-2 nights.“
