„An absolutely beautiful scenic location overlooking the edge of the canyon with a 3 tiered waterfall. The house was beautifully appointed with original artwork, and comfortable relaxed furniture. The management was very gracious. The sole word of caution is to bring your own can of coffee as none is provided.“

„This is the perfect location for a NE AL mountain retreat. You get away from it all, but you are in walking distance to Mentone amenities. The cottage itself is so lovely and charming - the most important thing is function of course but the fashion is the cherry on top. Decorations and style were A. „I stayed for three nights in February of 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was nice and clean and the king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The weather was unseasonably so I was able to make use of the patio and dock space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Leesburg area. “

Its location provided quick access to both Mentone and Fort Payne to visit local markets and eateries. The only thing I could remotely site as a negative was our ability to hear conversation/snoring of occupants in the adjacent spaceI. Aside from the I recommend booking a stay. “

„This cottage is exactly what you expect a southern lakefront carriage to be. The space was perfect for the 6 of us. Each couple had a bedroom and there was plenty of space to sit and visit or share a meal.
