„Warm welcome with numerous offers of tea and biscuits. Lovely comfortable room with everything we needed, plus an array of books and magazines. Our breakfast was probably one of the best we've had at a b&b - choice, quality and presentation was excellent. We also had the best view onto the garden, watching wild birds feed, and farm animals stretching their legs and voices! The host gave us fabulous recommendations for our evening meal which did not disappoint.“

„Tolles Anwesen mit einem schönen weitläufigen Gelände. Großes Zimmer und neues Bad. Das Abendessen war gut, das Frühstück ebenfalls. Der Service schien überlastet, da neben Touristenbesuchen parallel mehrere Feierlichkeiten (Hochzeit, runde Geburtstage) etc. statt gefunden haben.“

„Need to change the room 3 times: the AC is too high and very intensive ! The room was ice cold .. I claim to reception and the answer we cannot change it is central.. the second room, around midnight became suddenly too noisy.. the third room was a room for people with special needs .. no comments “

„Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station) The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. “

„Lovely place, easy to find and parking was easy with just a short walk - the room was lovely, as were the staff and breakfast! Unfortunately I had a bit of a rough night as although I was placed into room 8 which was advised as one of the quieter rooms (I couldn’t hear the road or trains or anything in this room) a neighbour/other guest upstairs was making lots of noise into the night which I appreciate the hosts cannot necessarily help“

„Versehentlich wurde das Zimmer noch einmal von der Kreditkarte belastet. Nachdem ich selbst noch einmal nachgesehen hatte, ob das Zimmer nicht bereits bezahlt war, und darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde mir der Betrag wieder gut geschrieben. So etwas sollte ein Hotel beim Check-In doch eigentlich wissen! Gut, dass ich meine Kreditkartendaten von einem Dreiviertel Jahr vorher als Beweis abfotografiert hatte! Also aufpassen! Das Frühstück wird in Form von Gutscheinen 10£ weise ...

"Hotel an praktischer Lage in China-Town. Viele Restaurants. Etwas schmuddelige Umgebung aber okey. Zimmer eher klein, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr kleines Bad. Betten England typisch weich. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dafür günstig."
