„We had a nice stay with friends at this villa. The villa could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas and also some general repairs made e.g bin was broken and sunbeds were broken / missing arms, cracks, ripped sunbed covers. When we arrived we only had 8 sunbeds and we let the agency know. They very quickly provided 2 more which we were grateful for since there was 10 of us. The bunk bed room is not the most comfortable with thin mattress's (can feel the bars through) and not ideal for kids as ...

„The above picture is a complete falsehood. There is an apartment building looming over the pool area. There certainly were not that many umbrellas. We fought very hard to get them to understand the air conditioning was not working on the main floor. Out of the four nights there, we only had AC for one night.“

„The villa is in a great location, short walk to shops/bars/restaurants. Very clean and tidy inside however some furniture looking quite tired and well-used so would expect this to be upgraded soon. Very spacious for our large family. If I would make any suggestions is to have a bar/kitchen or fridge downstairs next to the swimming pool or pool table to make it easy for drinks. “

„This is a fantastic home and was perfect for our family. You could spend your days at this home rather than the beach and still be happy. The only negatives are difficulty finding the home on arrival since it is named differently than what is in the booking, and the kitchen is completely bare of essentials like salt, basic spices, dish soap, etc.…you have to purchase everything at the grocery store.“

„Our time at the villa was a perfect. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Loved that the restaurants and supermarkets were just a short walk away from the villa. Made things so easy and stress-free. Being able to grab a bite or pick up essentials without any hassle was a big plus. It really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Great location! „Great place for a family reunion. Close to the beach, in the middle of the Algarve, pool, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful space for a large group. Pool guy was great, cleaning staff excellent. Needs a few things fixed: gate to parking area didn't work, fridges missing shelves and freezing open, toilet water leaking into pool, pool skimmer didn't work, air conditioner in one room didn't work. All reported on the first day but not fixed in a month stay.“

„Villa Nest, is located a short 5 min drive from the Marina and about 10 mins to the old town and various shops. It is easy to get to find. Villa is a great size, we had 12 guests and found there was plenty of space both inside and outside the villa to enjoy.
