The Space
Two private bedrooms containing a total of three beds. The spacious master bedroom contains a king size bed with a dresser and plenty of space for your travel items. The second bedroom has a full size bed, a bunk bed and a full size closet.
The study room has a futon that easily converts to a bed for two. In the study room is a large coffee table and plenty of board games, puzzles, and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy!
The full size kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator and freezer. Additionally there is a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and all the cooking essential you will need. The kitchen supplies include pots, pans, eating utensils, toaster, etc. Next to the kitchen are two dining rooms with plenty of seating to enjoy your meals.
Coffee bar and snack bar!
You will find a stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffee brews and sweeteners. The snack bar will be stocked with a variety of healthy and delicious favorites!
Living room and game room
The living room is stacked with leather couches and a 65 inch smart TV. Enjoy the option of utilizing YouTube or connect to your own personal streaming service.
Game room/study: Our game room is a great space for you to play a game of pool, watch the football game or play a game of darts. Contains pool table, dart board, TV.

Parking
A two car garage is located on the north side of the house that you will access from the main road, Coal Ave. Please note that the garage drive way is slanted and we advise caution when driving vehicles with low ground clearance.
