About 10 miles (13 minutes) from the Balloon Fiesta Park, 5 minutes away from the newly renovated Tingly Beach, 9 minutes from the Albuquerque uptown plaza, 7 minutes away from UNM, etc. This house is centrally located and has extremely easy and fast access to I-40, making it perfect to get where you need to go in a hurry.
A guest access code will be provided. Parking is permitted in the garage and in the driveway, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). 1 garage door opener is provided.

There is also a very nice laundry room flanked with custom cabinetry that is perfect for your laundry needs.
