Gem of a House, but….
Let me start off by saying the property itself is very cozy and clean inside, perfect for a family and for dogs! When we pulled into the neighborhood, we were a little concerned about the overall appearance. The homes and yards were poorly kept, and we did notice a tent in the ditch upon pulling into the neighborhood. The immediate neighbor to the right has a lovely, well-kept home, and to the left, it appears vacant. When we pulled in, we immediately observed and heard a loud commotion across the street. Having three young children with us, it was a little jarring for them to hear screaming and profanity. Once we entered the home, it was beautiful! Clean, cozy and welcoming. As we were unloading our car, we realized there was a large puddle on the carpet in the hallway, in front of the washing machine. We immediately alerted the host, and she was extremely gracious and helpful. They replaced the washer the next day. The following day, the hot water was not working, so unfortunately we were all taking cold showers that evening. Next morning, it was resolved. My wife also stepped on glass in the living room carpet, not a huge deal, but glad it wasn’t our kids. Overall it could be a very cute, cozy place, provided the location was a bit better, and as long as all the appliances are in working order prior to guests arriving.

Cute, comfy and cozy
This was a beautiful home with lots of added amenities. We didn't use the kitchen but if we had, we would have had everything we needed to make a lovely meal. We enjoyed our dinners in the quiet backyard with some lovely porch lighting. The neighborhood was busy but not loud. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

Great house
Loved the house! Very clean and everything was well prepped for guest. The Mountain View is beautiful. Not too far from most everything to do while in Albuquerque. Very glad we were able to use the garage!

Great trip
House was wonderful, family friendly, and comfy. We traveled for a sports competition and added a family vacation. We appreciated the little things like q tips, laundry detergent, and hand lotion. These things aren't needed, but add a level of comfort which made the house feel like home for the week. The house was slightly further out than I would have liked but we knew that ahead of time. We chose the house because of the reviews and it did not disappoint. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We highly recommend this home for a 5 star stay!

Great house!
We absolutely loved this house, it was beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished and well stocked. We aren’t used to houses being so close together so having access to the garage was a great plus. We took a drive to Santa Fe, wandered around old town and the Sawmill, we stopped at several breweries. We throughly enjoyed our stop in Albuquerque on our winter vacation.

Nice and clean. Has all cooking needs. 2 different coffee makers. Lots of flovored coffee pods. Would have liked non flovored pods, not a big deal. Garage door could use a little lubrication.

Excellent rental especially for small children
Home has a backyard perfect for small children. Owner has provided a great area for children to play on Astro turf with tall private fence surrounding house. Garage door required repair but still allowed entry through main house. Master suite with large bathroom was very comfortable. Recommend replacing washer due to loud noises during cycles. Overall kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils and even had some spices and cleaning items. Highly recommend this home for price.

Best place to stay
The property is very well maintained and a very peaceful neighborhood. The master bdrm closet was locked so we were not able to use it. The overhead garage door needs lubricating so it isnt so noisy when operating it. But we will definitely be staying every time we travel to Albuquerque to see our grandchildren.

The Rental was beautifully decorated was fully stocked with just about anything that you would need beautiful furniture beautiful patio in the back with lights great view of the mountains we hope to come back and stay there again We had no problem getting into the property with a a Digital number that you would put in on the front door however leaving was difficult because there was no instructions of how to get the keypad to work when you left. So we contacted the owner and he Promptly emailed us back and told us what we needed to know. We had so much fun thank you and where we will be back.

The property was accurately described and met our needs. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was my favorite spot. The only downside is that the houses are SO CLOSE together and at night all sounds echo. Barking dogs are all that could be heard, even inside with the windows closed, but that is no fault of the homeowner. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Comfort of home away from home.
The moment we walked in it felt comfortable and a place to relax. The home was clean and well cared for. All bedrooms were quoted "easy to sleep peacefully". The backyard was very nice to sit there with a morning coffee and end of night chat with my family. Highly recommend.

This is a recently remodeled and clean home that has all you need for a comfortable stay. We were there 4 nights with 4 adults, and it was very comfortable with nice amenities. Just a few minutes from central Albuquerque and many attractions.

Excellent remodel, the home is like new and very well appointed. The owner is a great host and the home is comfortable with great amenities, cold waters in the fridge, a very quaint backyard that was recently renovated, smart tv, smart lock code entry, coffee maker options stocked Kcup (with ample decaf options) and traditional (stocked with traditional caff options). Bathrooms were recently remodeled too and bedrooms all supplied with new mattresses and bedding and the home is overall very clean. My only concern was the surrounding neighborhood. We were in ALB for an event on the west side of town so it was very convenient, quiet and cozy for us. The second day however when we were leaving the home we noticed across the street and down 2 homes a neighbor’s car was broken into with a brick sitting on the ground on the street next to the busted out car window. I would suggest the owner provide a garage door opener or code entry as an option for guests to be able park their vehicles in the garage for added security. The neighbors seemed friendly and we felt safe in the home, but the unfortunate reality is that it’s an aged area with rough surroundings, so an extra parking precaution would be settling. Otherwise we would definitely rent here again, excellent host and great property, thank you!
