Beautifully Renovated Waterfront Townhome with Boathouse

Relax and unwind in this tastefully renovated townhome situated on the pristine waters of the St. Lawrence Seaway. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the professionally decorated townhouse features 2 full baths and 2 private bedrooms and an upper-level loft area, each with queen-size beds.

Perched over your own private boathouse accommodating several PWCs or a vessel up to 30 feet LOA, the townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen and large breakfast bar, a laundry room, an open living area with a luxurious electric leather sofa and chair and a private deck equipped with a grill overlooking the water.

The home is conveniently located across from the Carnegie Bay Marina with easy access to the 1000 Islands Waterway and within walking distance of the charming village of Alexandria Bay, which offers plenty of outdoor activities as well as shopping, riverfront restaurants and nightlife. A 15-minute walk away is Uncle Sam Boat Tours, which offers tours of the historic water-access-only Boldt Castle.

Ideally situated to enjoy the Seaway and explore the breathtaking landscape, the home is a short drive from area wineries, golf courses and the picturesque town of Clayton with its own golf courses, mini golf, bumper boats, boat museum and more.

Wonderful Property
The property is ideally located to downtown Alexandria Bay. It was clean, well appointed and supplied. Patty Jo, the owner, was always in communication. The property is on a second level, and has handicapped access via a lift. If you’re bringing a boat or PWC, the property has a boat house on the first level that adds to the convenience of the place. I would highly recommend this property.

This is by far the best rental I’ve encountered. The townhouse is extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. I love the location, quiet but very close to riverfront shops, bars and restaurants. The owners decorated very tastefully and communication was excellent. 100% would stay again!

Just like a boutique hotel
This townhouse is picture perfect, and comes with absolutely everything you need for a great vacation. Things like thick, comfy towels, and tiny little shampoo bottles that smell great, made it feel more like an upscale hotel than a vrbo. The kitchen was fully stocked, and they had plenty of coffee! Communication was outstanding, and the whole process was just a delight from start to finish!

Great location close to everything the boat house under the Townhome is ideal connected to the protected inlet to the St.Lawrance. Makes boating in the area easy and convienient.The Townhome itself was immaculate and had all the best furnishings you could ask for. Attention to detail was not lost on this property. Great time on the River!
This was our second year staying at this beautiful condo. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is tastefully decorated, well stocked with utensils, cooking pans, dishes, etc. and absolutely immaculate!! We traveled with friends and the husbands are both fishermen. They love the private boat garage located below the condo along with a boat launch right across the marina. Patty Jo stays in touch to ensure our stay is perfect, and it was!!
