The ideal place to get fit.Two steps from the sea, in the pinewood of the natural Park of Porto Conte, scented by elicriso, rosemary and myrtle, the small terraced villa close to the beach and the touristic port not far from the white lighthouse of Porto Conte on the homonymous cape. The wonderful Baia di Conte offers many attractions: the famous Neptune' s Grotto, the archaeological site of Nuraghe Palmavera, the Roman site of Sant' Imbenia, the amazing isla Foradada, the Cliff of Desire ,where Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton played the famous film , the natural reserve of Arca di Noè with savage animals coming from the interior of Sardinia. During the Summer, Discopub, Restaurants trattoria pizzeria in the area . During Winter, Spring and Fall, engioy yourself , your family and friends with hiking in the 20 paths around the wonderful area of Capo Caccia, and much more, sailing, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, easily you can rent a bike, or a jeep tours. You can play tennis o motocross, you can rent a fishing boat and a catamaran cruise, this the perfect place for your holiday. Excursions in the park by eletric mini cars, just to the top of the wonderful rocks of Punta Cristallo. The beach of Porto Conte is a walking distance from the house, but the most famous beaches of Riviera del Corallo, LE BOMBARDE, LAZZARETTO are only 2 km far from the house and you can go on foot. Market , restaurant-pizzeria are in the area and small snackbar on the beach can offer traditional food..The house accommodates 6 people in three bedrooms with balcons, 2 bathrooms .The sitting room is very confortable, with 2 sofa ,TV and Stereo in the living room .The dining room is very spacious with a large dining table . You can cook in the corner kitchen and having dinner in the garden, under the shade of the tree. The small garden is equipped with a table and six chairs. There is the barbeque, too.
The small terraced villa is in the wonderful regional Park of Portococonte, a nice place for an amazing holiday in the nature, where you can practice all the sports. The house is km 7 from Alghero, arriving from the internal road , crossing Fertilia (ss 127 bis)

Der Lack ist ab!
Es ist dringend notwendig zu renovieren. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist minimal und mit zusammengesuchten Gegenstände ausgestattet. Vom Gartenmobiliar ist ein Stuhl zusammengebrochen. Für Warmwasser musste der Besitzer nochmals kommen und die Heizung anmachen. Diese fiel am letzten Tag wieder aus. Zum Wohlfühlen eignet sich diese Ferienwohnung nicht.

Absolut entspannte Pfingstferien
wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt in diesem schon etwas älteren, aber charmanten, ruhigen und sehr sehr geräumigen Haus. Frühstück im Freisitz hinter dem Haus und dann lange Spaziergänge durch das Naturschutzgebiet mit den spektakulären Steilwänden von Capo Caccia und Punta Giglio....Sandstrand in Laufentfernung oder andere tolle Strände in der direkten Umgebung. Vielen Dank an Angelica und Franco, die freundlichen Vermieter - wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Logement bien placé mais manque d'entretien intérieur et extérieur manque de Propreté, de couverts. inernet inexistant donc pas de télévision et communication téléphonique très compliquées Porte donnant sur un jardinet très mal entretenu ne ferme pas. We waren met een gezin van 7. 2 volwassenen 2 kinderen van 20 jaar en 3 kinderen in de leeftijd 11-14. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers aanwezig met een extra logeerbed. Beneden in de woonkamer is nog de mogelijkheid voor een extra bed in de vorm van een slaapbank. Verder heeft het huis alles wat je nodig hebt. Wel kan het hier en daar wat onderhoud en opknap gebruiker. Een douchegordijn hangt voor en in het putje, de rolluiken gaan niet helemaal open, doucheputje loopt slecht door en de tuin is wat kleiner dan het lijkt op de foto's, en met die tuin zou meer mee gedaan kunnen worden om het nog aangenamer te maken. De communicatie ging goed en stranden zijn dichtbij. Eén strand op loopafstand en de andere goed per auto te bereiken. De prachtige stad Alghero is bereikbaar in 20 min per auto.

Great property but location not perfect
The property was really nice, much better than the photos showed and bigger than I had thought. Franco was really helpful. Well equipped except no cooking knives. Very quiet area except the Saturday night when there was noise from a disco at hotel nearby but fine with earplugs and extremely quiet every other night. Downside was location. I had hoped we could wlalk to a nice beach and although you can access a beach it’s not ideal and wasn’t so where we could leave my partners elderly mother for a few hours which we had hoped it would be. She needs a cafe, toilets etc. the beachfronts has a few hotels that hog the best bits of beach. About 20 mins to alghero. It was a good base with a car. We cycled as well and countryside was brilliant and enjoyed capo caccia by bike and by car. Also about 50 mins to Stintino which was nice to visit. Only fault with the property was that all the doors were hard to open and shut and noisy and o ly my partner could force the key to open the front door. But would recommend it if you want a quiet base.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables, logement très bien situé proche de la mer, au calme à 10 km env du centre d’Alghero un charmant lotissement avec un patio pour manger dehors. déçus par la maison
Nous avons loué une villa à 200 mètres de la mer avec un jardin tropical et avons trouvé une maison mitoyenne des 2 cotés et entourée d'autres maisons. Le jardin était une petite cour végétalisée avec une table pour 2 personnes...la maison est prévue pour 7 personnes. Nous avons toutefois passé un bon séjour, les environs sont intéressants et les plages très belles bien que plutôt accessibles en voiture.

This property is located in a quiet area, just 200m from a lovely sandy beach. Beach is small initially but you can walk up the beach for some distance past the hotels if needed for space and the house has a sun umbrella and mats for use. There is a resturant and waterside bar in walking distance and a shop which is well stocked. If you want to eat out on a Saturday night you will need to book. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with the property overall. It is spacious but as a previous review mentioned some things are outdated and have been fixed with temporary solutions. It is in need of some updating and repairs, such as the broken blind in the en suite bathroom which we were unable to use when the light was on as the neighbours behind could see straight in. There was a refuse collection schedule which was quite specific and not really what we wanted to be doing on our holidays which involved us emptying the house kitchen bin of the previous tenants. We also felt that the cleaning could have been more thorough in areas particularly as a cleaning fee is charge when booking. Overall we felt this property wasn't good value for money but with some updates and a little TLC it could be.

Good accommodation with wonderful hosts
The apartment is nice. Some things are a little outdated and have been fixed with temporary solutions, but overall things work as expected. Kitchen is well stocked, although a microwave oven would be nice. There is really no beach to speak of accessible to the public that can be reached on foot, but there are wonderful beaches a few miles away. There is really not much around the property that can be entertaining for visitors. A couple of nearby high-end hotels could be a good resource but they do not allow non-guests to access their beaches or sometime even their restaurants. A car is pretty much a requirement to enjoy this rental. The two hosts, Franco and Angelica, are really what makes this property special. They went way beyond their "call for duty" to address any questions we had, and even invited us for an "aperitivo" at their home that turned into a sort of dinner! Highly recommended.

Una proprietà trascurata in un luogo ideale per una vacanza di mare
Abbiamo trovato la casa sporca, trascurata. Infissi rotti, impianto elettrico in cucina non conforme. Televisore dell'anteguerra non funzionante. Una giornata intera passata a pulire la casa. Il proprietario subito informato ha cercato di rimediare sollecitamente, proponendoci una pulizia straordinaria dopo 5 giorni di vacanza quando ormai non era più necessaria. La casa nel complesso potrebbe essere ideale per una vacanza di mare, ma necessita di manutenzione e soprattutto non può essere presentata agli affittuari come è successo a noi piena di polvere, con pentole non lavate, filtri dei condizionatori che non erano stati mai puliti da anni che abbiamo pulito noi. Caro Franco hai un tesoretto, ma dovresti guardare come sono tenute le case confinanti...

We stayed at this property end of August beginning of September - two families - with x4 adults and x3 children - 7 -10 years old - Angelica and Franco were such great hosts - they picked us up from the airport, showed us around and made sure we knew where the local shop was - the beaches, the local restaurant, bus stops etc.. it was a great place and excellent location - it had everything we needed - it was a much more spacious property than I had thought from the photos. It had air conditioning, room to eat in the small back garden, A bbq, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine etc. There is a small Work top oven - but x4 hobs and is well equipped to make meals at home. We would definitely go back. Anything we needed assistance with or help at the house Angelica and Franco addressed straight away. Even lending us a bike to cycle to the local shop and umbrellas for the beach. It’s a beautiful part of the world and the house is very convenient to visit all the surrounding countryside and beaches.

Superbes vacances en famille!
Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable! La mer est à deux pas ce qui est génial avec des enfants! Alghero, à 10 minutes en voiture, est une belle ville et vaut le coup d'oeil, tout comme Bosa un peu plus loin au sud! La maison, mitoyenne des deux côtés, est parfaite pour une famille. Et les propriétaires, qui nous ont même invité pour un apéro, sont hyper sympas!

Superbe emplacement
Situé à 200m d'une belle plage et aux portes d'un parc naturel. Le logement, mitoyen des deux côtés, mériterait d'être un peu mieux équipé : grille-pain, plats pour aller au four, couteaux de cuisine, et un peu plus de vaisselle.

la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per poter visitare tutta la costa nord di Alghero, quindi il parco di Porto Conte. Si trova a Pochi chilometri da Capo Caccia, e quindi dalla Grotta di Nettuno, e a Pochi chilometri dalla meravigliosa Alghero nella quale trascorrere indimenticabili serate. La casa è fornita di tutto, cucina completa , salotto, piccolo giardino con barbeque, 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza: una coppia meravigliosa...ci hanno pure offerto un aperitivo sulla terrazza della loro meravigliosa casa (grazie di tutto Franco e Angelica!)
