Independent house in the old town. This accommodation has an unbeatable location and incredible sea views from the terrace.

Visit our independent house in the heart of the city to enjoy an incredible vacation with your family or friends.

It is located 150 meters from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, cocktail bars, entertainment venues, Museo del Marq, Castillo de Santa Bárbara.

You will be able to enjoy the day and night life of the city of Alicante.



3-story house. On the first floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed and dining room, bathroom and kitchen.

On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, one of them with two independent beds, another with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the third floor there is an incredible terrace to enjoy the sun and incredible dinners under the light of the stars.

We are delighted that you have chosen to stay with us in Alicante. Below, we leave you all the necessary information to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

**Entry time:** From 4:00 p.m.

**Access to the property:**

- The entrance is independent. We will send you the electronic lock code before your arrival.

- To enter, enter the code on the door panel.

1. **Smoking is not allowed** inside.

2. **Parties** or events are not allowed.

3. Out of respect for the neighbors, **keep noise to a minimum** between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

4. Please leave the house as you found it.

- The bedroom has a high quality double bed. Sheets and towels are included. There is a closet available for your clothes.

- The bedroom has two independent 0.90 cm beds, bed linen and towels.



**Bathroom:**

- The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. You will find basic toiletries such as shampoo, body wash and toilet paper.

- There is also a hair dryer under the sink.



**Laundry:**

- We have a **washing machine** and a clothesline in the house for your convenience.

### 1. **Check-in and Check-out** - **Check-in:** From 4:00 p.m. - **Check-out:** Until 11:00. - If you need a flexible schedule, please contact us in advance.

### 2. **No Smoking** - The apartment is **smoke free**. Smoking is prohibited inside. You can do it on the balcony (if there is one), but please use the ashtrays available.

### 3. **Noise** - Respect the neighbors and **maintain a reasonable noise level**, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. - Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.

### 4. **Pets** - Pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed.

### 5. **Cleaning** - Please leave the apartment in **good condition**. No deep cleaning is required, but we appreciate you picking up your belongings and washing dishes. - If you break or damage something, please notify us immediately so we can resolve it in the best way possible.

### 6. **Responsible Use of Energy** - Turn off lights and electrical appliances when you are not using them, and please **use air conditioning or heating moderately**.

### 7. **Number of Guests** - The apartment is prepared for a maximum of 6 guests. No additional guests are allowed without our consent.

### 8. **Security** - Make sure you close doors and windows when leaving the apartment to keep it safe.

### 9. **Waste** - Please deposit garbage in the containers that you will find on public roads.
