Hotels Nuevo Mazatlán

„All rooms are ocean front view-beautiful! Room was very nice and comfortable. But general Facilities were not well maintained. Walls were chipped, floor cement by the pool was faded and chipped. Definitely didn’t feel like a newly built hotel (April 2024). Felt like it’s been worn down for 10 years already. Food was very bad and there’s no other food options outside the hotel. People in Mazatlán are very nice and the workers were very kind. “

„Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!“

„The hotel was very quaint, authentic Mexican decor with an artist’s twist. Very beautiful. Bed was comfortable and our room was plain but had all of the basics. Washroom was small, step in shower was great. Only one bath towel each was provided and there were no hooks to hang anything to dry. Hotel was renovated so I’m not sure if this is something that hasn’t been added yet? We visited during a quiet time in Mazatlan. Old town was busy at night and the square was active with a nightly market. ...

„Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay.“
