"Lovely stay as usual ! Friendly staff clean really good breakfast . This time the beds was a little uncomfortable it was 2 singles pushed together with one soft mattress and one hard making the bed uneven , it was okay for a 2 night stay however would of asked to be changed if we was staying longer . "Comfortable stay but hotel looking a bit tired and needing a refurbishment. No power shower 😫 infact pretty useless. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment there. Good location next to Cabin tram stop which takes you to North Station, new line. Swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool nice and warm but only 3ft deep! Staff polite and friendly. Need to leave a deposit on check-in for damages £50 per night 🌙 refundable after check out. "

"The Boulevard is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable although beds a little too firm. Our stay would have been improved if instructions for the air con controls were available in the room, they would have saved time and stress working it out. Parking £18 a night which is expensive and taken from the £100 deposit payable at check in. Room wasnt cleaned on second day the housekeeping door hanger had been changed to do not disturb and not by us, but we were given clean...

" Didn’t like the demand for a £50 cash deposit against breakages as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking conditions, that said we were paid it back without issue. The hotel itself is in a good quietish location and easy to find. It was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable too. I would return so that says a lot. "
