„Overall it was nice, the only thing is a few broken items: handle to one of the patio doors was missing, trash can in the kitchen was broken, it would be nice to have extra comfortables or blankets as the house does get pretty cold due to the old windows. In addition, the fire place does need looked at as it appears the vent does not work so we couldn’t use it. “

„The house was clean and the kitchen what’s furnished with all your kitchen needs. The heated swimming pool was amazing and also the sauna. Our family was busy playing games swimming, enjoying the hot tub, playing shuffleboard and basketball. Tara, the owner was kind and answered your questions promptly. We will definitely tell our friends and family about this wonderful vacation home.“

„We picked the location because of a wedding in the connected building. Could not have been more convenient. Place was exactly what we wanted. Walkable to anything we wanted and the jetted tub was nice to have coming out of the cold. “

„All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. “

„Our experience with booking "The Barn" was excellent. The owners were courteous, kind and very professional to interact with. The Barn was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Owners have thought of and supplied most everything you could want during your visit. Keep in mind that you must be able to climb steps to get to The Barn as the main living space is on the second floor and most bedrooms are on the third floor. “

„Tin Tin II is the perfect getaway house for families. We had 3 generations assemble for the long MLK weekend - perfect location, great views ( and sunsets). The house is lovely- well cared for and well stocked. If you have an opportunity to stay there I highly recommend it. “

„Clean, modern, bright and comfortable place with easy peasy check-in and out. The design was really cool and everyone in my party was comfortable. I appreciated the book of instructions and all of the local food and entertainment recommendations. The owners are clearly thoughtful people. The only thing I’d do differently next time is bring my own pillow because those provided were all pretty thick and I just happen to prefer a thinner one. Thanks for a great stay in a fun city! “

„The location of this spacious house made for the perfect family vacation. The beach is beautiful and Lake Michigan never disappoints. We hope to stay here again!“

„We stayed here for 5 nights for my sister's wedding. I received check-in details via text, which was very convenient. The step-by-step (with photos) of how to get to the unit were extremely helpful and easy to follow. I don't think we would have made it otherwise! The apartment was spacious and clean. Three large bedrooms, two good size bathrooms, and even a full in-unit laundry room. I'd recommend Unit 1111 (where we stayed) for sure!“

"We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog hairs all over the place. We would not book this hotel again. "
