"Die Rezeption hat mir sehr weitergeholfen, da eine Straße gesperrt war und nur zeitlich freigegeben wurde. Das Frühstück war gut und das Zimmer auch. Es ist nur etwas entfernt von der Stadt, was manche ja aber als Vorteil betrachten."

"Stay was okay, but there is a lot of room for improvement for that kind of pricing level: - Reception staff (during Check In/ Out) was unfriendly and not interested in us - long walks to get to the pools (would be great to make people aware upfront) - some areas are a little bit outdated (except Spa & Club area) - no hand rails at the creeks to get in and out - room was outdated as well and needs definitely an update Despite the above, the hot springs were really relaxing and especially our visiting in the restaurant was outstanding in terms of staff & food "
