„We were excited about our stay at Rice Lake! But the house had a few problems and it made our stay less enjoyable. The small A/C unit is located in the living room area and not in the bedrooms. So every night was hot, and unable to cool the rooms properly. Second problem was the washer failed on the 2nd day of our stay and the owners did not fix the problem. „What an absolutely beautiful property! Do yourself a favour and take a short hike through the massive backyard. There is a fire pit next to the stream and that whole area is just heavenly. The post is extremely accurate, everything was clean and ready for us, check-in was a breeze, and the host always responded very quickly, and was communicative prior to and during our stay. There is something for everyone at this secluded gem.“

„Fantastic location and house. So well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Lots of space for the 11 of us to be together, that dining table is amazing, but lots of different smaller spaces for us to hang out in smaller groups. „We booked this for our family visiting from NY and Chicago. This cabin was much more than what we expected. „This is a lovely cottage, beautiful views, great area. I do however have some things I wasn't happy with, mostly the beds. The beds were not comfortable, most of us did not sleep well. „The cottage was very nice and fully stocked. It was perfect with young kids. The outside lawn between the 2 large maples is where we spent so much of our time playing games and running around.
