„Clean and cozy hotel room. Although it was multiple day booking our room card was activated for one night only. Every day we need to go to the reception for reactivating the card.“

„When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.“

„The rooms have been renovated & looked nice. But next project needs to be to paint the outside!!! All metal doors were needing metal paint also. Would look a lot better for people that pass by looking for a hotel. I booked on-line.“
