Everytjing worled but it took awhile to figure out a/c and never did figure out some lights - written instructions would be helpful. The neighborhood is a little rough. But very nice.“

„Ricardo is a great host and has a great property. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He pre-approved that we host my bridal shower at his property with pre-approved rules and an event fee. There were no issues. One night we were to loud and he nicely texted me to turn down our music. „This house was super nice, a lot better than another one we had in LA. Spacious, lots of amenities, fridge was stocked with some essentials, really nice neighborhood. Everything was going well until the doorlock ran out of battery. We didn't receive a key, only a PIN, which worked fine for the most part, until it didn't. „The property was clean and in a fantastic neighborhood that was a walk to a great breakfast place and an awesome BBQ restaurant. Short drive to the Zoo. It was a memorable trip. My kids (10 and 12) kept saying they loved it. We used the dishwasher and the washer/dryer. The home was supplied with those needs. Would recommend this home to everyone. “
