„We had a great week with our kids and grandkids! Plenty of sleeping areas, and large living space for all 12 of us. We would have liked to have a bigger (flatter) lawn area for outdoor games, but the lake certainly made up for it. Host was attentive and responsive. We would stay here again. “

„The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.“

„We stayed between Christmas and New Years to go skiing at Gunstock - it rained 2 out of the 3 days but the house was so great with the indoor pool we didn't mind being stuck inside. We had an issue with the TV in the pool area and someone came out to look at it for us which was appreciated. Only thing I would recommend is adding a hot tub! Great place and thinking of renting again in the summer to enjoy the lake!“
