Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!“

„This property was like staying in someone's home. There were personal touches ie fresh flowers in vases. Lots of spaces around the wrap around deck to sit either peacefully alone or joining the group.A walk around the grounds told a story of a once loved garden that still held good bones and structure.“

„Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.“
