„The house was extremely clean and had everything needed and as described. Lisa was prompt and accomodating at every turn. Neighborhood was quiet and outdoor space was great...unfortunately we had alot of rain. If we visit family in the area again, we'll definitely re-book and build a fire. “

„The peaceful setting high above the James was only interrupted by the infrequent passing freight trains across the river. The sunsets were colorful and the clear moonless nights burst with stars, especially looking up from the hot tub. „WaterView Manor House was a nice quiet setting for our family gathering. Walks through the trees or to the gazebo to take in the view were relaxing. There was ample sleeping space for our large family! „The interior of this older home is spotless and roomy. The beds were very comfortable, the two bathrooms were up to date, the kitchen had all appliances, The manager was very communicative. We are possibly returning in the summer for a stay here. The town of Powhatan is small and beautiful.“

„My tile crew and I stayed here and we were blown away at how nice it was to relax in this house after work. 4 king size beds in all the rooms. Hardwood floors through out. Nice comfy couch with blankets to sit and watch a movie. Full kitchen to make breakfast every day or dinner at night. We will be back in a few weeks to book again.
