Great stay!
Even though we didn’t spend much of our time there, we very much enjoyed our stay in the duplex. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fenced-in back yard was all grass and that was nice for our little dog. The leather sofa and rocker were extremely comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are a very short drive away. Although I wouldn’t call the neighborhood upscale, we felt safe walking the neighborhood. The dogs next door barked a few times, but not a lot. Overall we would definitely recommend this place.

It is a perfect size place for a short get away and the backyard is terrific for pet owners. It's a bit overpriced for the location, and your phone will send you on a goose chase. However, the road turns into a cul-de-sac and the duplex is on the left, behind the parking lot where you park your vehicle...

Family reunion
We very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious duplex. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for the small amount of meal prep we needed to do. The A/C worked great as the temperature was in the 90’s! The only thing we recommend is have mirrors in the bedrooms. One person could be putting make up on and styling hair in the bedrooms instead of tying up in the bathroom. Needed more than one mirror. We definitely would rent this duplex again. The price is so reasonable!

Good value
The duplex is roomy and clean, with a nice yard for the dog. Furnishings are very comfortable and carpet is new. Neighbors are quiet and we felt safe. Some insects in the kitchen and bathroom creeped out my wife and daughter, but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Nice property
The neighborhood location looked pretty iffy when we arrived. The tenants in the other units were courteous and kind. We were traveling with three show dogs and it was great to have a secure back yard to exercise them with a frisbee. When the dog next door started barking furiously the owner thoughtfully took the dog inside.

We loved staying here! Overall cleanliness was great besides some hairs in the shower And some leftovers in the fridge. Be warned when trying to find this place: Apple Maps will take you to the wrong place. Use google maps!

The surrounding apartments are old but the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard was great for our dogs. The grass was cut and the fence secure. The duplex was clean and the bed in the main bedroom was comfortable.

Very cute & clean
We went sure of the location at first being surrounded by older apartments. The area was just fine. The duplex was very quiet as well as the neighborhood. It was a perfect location close to the freeway and any stores. The master bed was so comfortable. My dog loved the yard. I will definitely reserve this place again in the future!

Comfortable Property near Amenities
We chose this property as it allowed us to bring our chihuahua and was a half an hours drive to the Payson VA to pick up our dad and get him out for the day to visit family. House was very clean, tidy and comfortable. It was close to many restaraunts and allowed us to order delivery and pickup within just a few miles of the house. Property manager Paul was exceptional at answering my 100s of questions regarding location and access. There were only minor complaints such as slider door was not cleaned and had dog slobber all over it. We had a small dog and some of the fence was rotted at bottom and we had to scrounge to find pieces to lay at bottom of fence so he couldn't get out. The grass was very tall when we arrived on Friday evening. Saturday landscape man decided he was going to mow at 3 pm the front and back of property which was extremely loud and intrusive as he just came into the backyard without notifying us. Overall we would stay here again as it was conveniently located. Don't let the nearby apartment buildings discourage you as we had no issues with them.

Property manager was very responsive to inquiries before the stay. Upon arrival is when it all went downhill for me. I was traveling with my 2 Border Collies. This gave me few options to change my stay. Duplex was extremely dirty. I spent 5 hours cleaning the first day so I felt a bit more comfortable. Sooo much dog hair everywhere. Filth built up so much in and around object. Hard to slide the sliding door because of dirt and debris on the tracks. Also, slider was so filthy it looked like frosted glass from dog saliva and dirt. Lawn needed to be mowed a week prior at least! Not to mention. Every time it rained and I walked across the front, cracked and crumbling, walk snakes came out of the cracks! This part could be seen as a blessing as the yard was infested with bugs. This could be such a great rental if any normal amount of cleaning was used. And property was actually prepared for stay.

Not clean & lots of bugs
We are very experienced VRBO users. This was the worst experience so far. The property wasn’t clean when we arrived … there was hair on the pillows and in the bathroom, used contact lenses on the night stand, a bucket half full of dog poo in the back yard, and the bathroom and kitchen needs remodeling. The bathroom tub/shower is gross. Very old appliances, no cover on the garbage disposal, dirty metal blinds. I could go on. This is an old place that has had a fresh coat of paint, new carpet and some furniture. We bought bug spray due to so many bugs in the home, cleaned out the dog poo, and made it work. We should have had the cleaning deposit refunded. The neighborhood isn’t great and the roads extremely bumpy on top of the rest. Renters beware … we would never use this place again.

Lovely getaway in town
We loved our short stay in this cozy duplex near everything in town. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our large German shepherd dog loved the fenced yard and peekaboo in the fence with the neighbor dog. Beautifully decorated and great wi-fi. My husband is in love with the chair in the living area. The host Paul was very accessible to answer any questions. Thanks Paul.

From April 23rd to May 2nd
We really enjoyed to stay in the house. It was nice and the neighborhood was so calm. Also, the location of the house allowed us to go any place walking. The only thing we complain about is that the heather structure was inside the house and during the night was a little noisy. As a suggestion, you should let know the people that iPhone doesn’t give you the right directions to arrive. After driving 7 hours (in our case) it was frustrating to spend more time looking for it. Thanks for trusting us as guests. We’ll recommend the property for sure.
