„The guest house was neat and clean, had everything we needed. Kitchen well-appointed. The neighborhood was nice, safe. The host was quite responsive. No issue with parking, there was always a spot in front of the house. We wished we’d had more time to look around at East Sacramento neighborhoods. We were pretty close to everything we wanted to do and about 20 mins to the airport. “

„We really enjoyed the location of the carriage loft! It was close to town and stores but felt serene and private. The loft itself was well appointed and clean. There were some repairs that could be made, but nothing that impacted our stay or would prevent us from returning- for sure! All provisions for a full kitchen were included and the linens/towels were plenty and nice. „We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!“

„This little cottage was perfect for what we needed. When I tell you Faye thought of everything I mean *everything*. There was a lovely gift basket, every toiletry item imaginable, I don't think I've ever seen a place so well set up. The little garden outside is beautiful, the neighborhood is really nice too. Everything was perfect and Faye was very friendly but also let us keep to ourselves which I appreciated since I'm definitely on the shyer side. 100/10 would stay again! Thank you, Faye!“

„Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!“
