No help from associates, digital cards did not work at the pool, gym or any outside doors. Front desk associate upon arrival did not greet guest. Around 11:15 on check out day, we were called and told that we left a laptop and a bag and maybe something else in the room. The called did not see the items, not look at the room prior to making the call. We quickly left our lunch (in another town) and drove to obtain the items that we were very confused about leaving at the hotel. The hotel staff assured us that we had left multiple items in our room and were inquiring if we had actually left. After we left our lunch and turned back around in the opposite direction of final destination, we received a call from the hotel staff that we had not left anything in the room. The cleaning staff did not recognize the packed up pack-in-play (owned by the hotel) or the tray that the coffee sits on, it was confused for a laptop. This delayed our trip over an hour. The disorganization at this hotel was astonishing. We can to swim and they were cleaning the pool. There were not guests there...couldn't they have done this prior to check-in time? It felt very intrusive and unprofessional to have a creepy old man cleaning the pool while my family and 2 daughters were trying to enjoy the hotel we had paid for. I would give 0 stars for the overall experience, given this is a HILTON hotel. I have way higher standards for customer service, hotel cleaning standards and overall appearance.
