„My co-workers and I enjoyed the property. This is a great rental at a good price (bring extra dining tables and chairs if you have more than 6 people or plan to eat out). Not sure what the winery season price is but the off-season was very reasonable. Well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook and serve for a crowd each night. The proximity to Harvest Fresh for last minute add-ons for dinner was ideal. „House is beautiful and perfect and beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the extra touches such as high quality linens and towels that smell fresh! Kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking. Loved the short walk to 3rd street! Like many small towns on the west coast - McMinnville has a homelessness problem and the property’s close proximity to downtown places it very close to those issues. There were some characters in the neighborhood but we did not experience crime. “
