„Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive.“

„Before we check in and see the room, the manager was very keen to collect theorem rent from me. When we saw the room I realised why he did so. The roomed only average facilities. The dining room was full of smoke with a lot a youngsters. We then turned back to the room and order a pizza from the room service. We had nothing for the breakfast . At that time we were the only two people in the dining room. Later on two other gentle men came for their breakfast. The manager arranged a vehicle ...

„I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available. Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous. Travel desk for all local information was available.“
