„Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

„The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk to the beach. The house fit our family of 5 very well. There were a few issues that came up during our visit. The owner was quick to respond and gracious. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quite. There is a cute coffee shop not too far away. The barking seals and sound of the waves added to the charm of this location. “

„Sehr schönes Objekt gleich um die Ecke des Pazifiks. Dort in beiden Richtungen kilometerlange Sandstrände, wir haben zahlreiche Delphine vom Ufer aus gesehen, die Wellen zum Wellenreiten genutzt und genossen. Die Wohnung ist uns sehr sauber übergeben worden. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Alle Alltagsdinge waren vorhanden, selbst Waschmittel und Spülmittel standen zur Verfügung. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit ...

„We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable.“

„Did a weekend fishing trip and used this place as home base with a few friends. Nice location near the base, harbor, and straight shots to the freeways. Plenty of room, decent setup, ample parking, and worked just fine for our group. Property manager was prompt and easy to communicate with.“

„We rented this house for two nights with another family ( 2 adults and 6 kids) for a fun staycation during Spring Break. The management company was always quick to respond to the few questions I had. The property was clean, had plenty of space for all of us, and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was steps away from the front door and delivered in our expectations. We will definitely do this type of vacation more often. “

„I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!“
