Comfy Pool Home, 1/4 Meile zu Fuß nach Disneyland

Komplett renoviertes schönes Haus. Unser Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern ist perfekt für zwei Familien. Zwei Master-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad: ein Cal-Kingsize-Bett und ein Queensize-Bett. Zwei zusätzliche Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten, die sich das Badezimmer auf dem Flur teilen.

Teilweise offene Küche mit individuell getäfelten Schränken, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl: Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Der Speisesaal bietet bequem Platz für 8 Personen mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Frühstücksraum. Das Hauptwohnzimmer bietet kabelloses Highspeed-Internet und kostenlosen US-amerikanischen und kanadischen Telefonservice. Alle Schlafzimmer haben 43 'Fernseher mit Kabel. Zuhause hat zentrale Luft und Wärme.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett bietet Zugang zum Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis, Airhockey und Billardtisch. Für Ihre Säuglinge und Kleinkinder stehen Kinderwagen, Hochstuhl, Kinderspielzeug und Kindersitzerhöhung zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe befinden sich ebenfalls in der Garage. Queen-Size-Luftmatratze im Haus für zusätzliche Betten.

Aus dem Wohnzimmer haben Sie Zugang zum Hinterhof. Im Boden Pool mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, überdachte Terrasse und Erdgasgrill.

Mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2017 hat die Stadt die Belegung in allen Häusern reduziert. Dieses Haus schläft 11 in Betten und hat eine maximale Belegung von 11 zu jeder Zeit.

They thought of everything!
This property has it all! We walked in and felt like it was our home. They had everything from extra blankets, lots of towels dedicated for pool use, lots of places to sit and eat meals, and more. Super close to Disneyland and restaurants outside of Disneyland. They had an easy to use guide and their team communicated well when we had questions prior to our arrival.

Our stay was good we werent there for to long, check in took a bit because we had some tech difficulties, everything that was shown in the description was correct we were only thrown off because we had to wash the towels we've never had to do that before but over all was good.

Great location
While this house is older, it is in a great location for walking to the parks. The game room and pool kept our kids entertained. The washing machine needs to be completely replaced - it is rusted out and our clothes came out dirtier than when they went in. I’ve got the pics to prove it! I called and left a message with the property manager, but didn’t hear back, even though we had another six days at the property so that was extremely disappointing. When I book a place with laundry, I expect it to be in useable condition. I did not enjoy spending my Sunday at the laundromat.

The house was awesome! Lots of great amenities and very family friendly. The only thing was the alarm system to get into the backyard, it was tricky to navigate & often the alarm went off blaring very loudly. But other than that awesome property and great stay!!

Can't beat this!
There wasn't anything that we didn't like about this place! Though not overly stocked, it wasn't lacking for anything. Just enough of everything for our 4 day stay with family. There were some kitchen spices, towels, toiletries, laundry soap/dryer sheets and even hair dryers! Very clean and tidy. Instructions were conveniently laid out where we could see them. The only thing I had a problem with was the door alarms but that's because I'm so short. Got the hang of them eventually! Would highly recommend this home and will hopefully be back one day!

We enjoyed our time at this Anaheim vacation rental. The proximity to Disneyland is great. The home comes with nice amenities and the price is ok. We had a few issues with cleanliness and appliances. It was brought to the owners attention and they replied promptly. Overall, we were happy with the property.

Awesome property!!!
With a daughter in competitive soccer and another daughter in competitive swim, we stay at a LOT of homes. This is easily one of the nicest. Great location, easily walked to Disneyland one day. The beds were comfortable, and the home was cozy. The pool and the game room were big hits with the kids

Disneyland hideaway house
Cute house, comfortable common spaces to lounge and eat. It was equipped with a lot of kitchen gadgets making cooking very feasible for our group(4 adults & 4 teenagers) and comfortable beds to rest. We had issues with washer and dryer towards the end of our stay that I relayed to PM. Master room#2 did not get as cool as the rest of the house, luckily a fan was available in the closet to get some air flowing in the room. Very close to Disneyland but I would not walk to the parks or Downtown Disney. You could if you wanted to but I wouldn’t. Stores are close by to replenish groceries easily. No issues with any neighbors. Ordinances may seem annoying but being there makes it understandable of why they exist, you are in a legit neighborhood.

Location doesn’t get better than this home away from home!
This is the perfect place for your family’s trip to Disneyland. We stayed here with 5 adults and 8 & 10 yr old children. It is in a nice neieghborhood and within walking distance of the park! The pool was a great place to relax and unwind when we came back for a mid-afternoon break during the busiest part of the park days. If you plan to grill, communicate with the property mgr ahead of time (there was no propane available during our stay). My only other tip would be to use caution in the shower/bathtub in the hall bathroom- our granddaughter slipped & fell a couple times (put a towel down?). I would definitely choose this house again for a future visit.

Close to Disney
Slept 8 adults easily. Very clean. Easy access to Disney property tram to park. Nice to have comfy couch, table and kitchen. Pool and patio was nice. Had to go around through backyard gates to get to patio but that worked. Well stocked with dishes. Nice to have access to laundry and three bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Driveway is single lane so had to juggle cars frequently but it worked as long as keys for cars were left.
