„Was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival to a suite which was excellent except it had steep stairs and I was travelling with an elderly person. Loved the upgrade but should have been told at the time about the stairs. Was ok, we made it work. Beach area is lovely with a very large clear view of the lake, very quiet and very much enjoyed sunrise and sunset sitting on Muskoka chairs on the dock. Could do a better job of removing spider webs at beach house entrance, and the weeds and bird ...

„It’s not fancy. I’d describe it as spartan. But you don’t see fancy when you’re asleep. What I want in a place to stay is secure, clean and quiet, and this place checks those boxes. It could do with a Kleenex dispenser, directions on how to use the safe and maybe a comfortable armchair or two. Also, it would be nice to have TV access to CNN, CBC and CTV and to Canadian and US channels. “

„Nice clean place. Could use a few updates in the bathroom, kitchen areas but was everything we really needed for our visit. Nice view of the lake from the balcony and the beds were comfy. The pool was cold; I thought it was supposed to be heated, and I felt they could have cleared an area to enter the lake. There was a small spot that could have been a beach near the docks but wasn't cleaned up. We did, however, have a great time with the canoe. Only $10 to rent for an hour. “
