It’s always I feel a coin toss what you might show up to but even though we thought it might be uncomfortable with the owners on site, it was the total opposite. Derek and Meredith were extremely caring and hospitable. They enhanced our trip with their above & beyond customer service & their local suggestions of things to do just topped off our vacation. “

„Property is walkable to UT, downtown, river walk, bike/kayak rental/launch. Only an hour to the Smokies. Property is well stocked to prep all meals. Very clean. Having a parking space at the property is a plus but tight. Would not recommend having a truck/suburban size vehicle.“

„Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!“

„Stay was awesome. Very updated cute house on the inside. Would be nice for 1sr bedroom to have blackout shades; the sun was very bright in the early am. 2nd room was perfect. Comfortable beds. The 2nd bathroom shower drain wouldn't stay open; so you had to manually do it after showering. Just letting you know. I definitely recommend this house. Thanks! “

„This cute little ranch is nicely updated inside. My family and I enjoyed our stay while visiting the area. The boys enjoyed the ping-pong table and TV on the lower level. Beds were very comfortable and although we did not cook, the kitchen is super cute! Would stay here again if ever backed down in Knoxville.“

„The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in ...
