It’s always I feel a coin toss what you might show up to but even though we thought it might be uncomfortable with the owners on site, it was the total opposite. Derek and Meredith were extremely caring and hospitable. They enhanced our trip with their above & beyond customer service & their local suggestions of things to do just topped off our vacation. “

And yes, you need to be able to manage steps(which is not a problem unless you have health conditions) secure and safe location. Able to walk around. Plenty of games and kitchen well furnished. Definitely recommend the stay ❤️“

„On the first night we couldn’t get up the big hill because of wet leaves. We messaged the owner they came blew them off. The cabin was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed to be able to do laundry so we didn’t have to do everything when we got home. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. The views was amazing “

„Beautiful accommodations with everything we could need and more.“

„This was our second time staying at Marshmellow and just as fun as the first. The property is as described, great location near Whitman Hollow but still quiet off the main boat channel into the marina. Water off the dock is great for swimming and hanging out all day! Boat slip is well protected and in good shape for bringing your own boat. Such a fun experience to bring kids onto a floating house!“

„If you are looking for a large city hotel experience, Riverview is not for you. If you are looking for an affordable place with lots of character, Riverview is a great choice. The apartment has beautiful views of the river (although they would be improved with washed windows). UT, downtown attractions, and tons of dining choices are all within easy walking distance. „The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in ...

„The rental and the owners were a 10*++ Loved it, plenty of room, new and the decor was perfect. Use the owners directions only, because of the switch back roads and a missing street sign makes it a challenge. Check in time 4:00, do not come after DARK too dangerous and the steep parking driveway, have a couple of people directing you. “

„The space was plenty for our family of 5. The kids loved the slide and the paddle board was enjoyable. The beds were comfy and the ac window units kept it cool. The only thing i wish it had was ice trays. Loved our stay and will definitely be back“

„Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. “
