„We ended up having 5 adults and 4 children in our group. The home was cozy and we had plenty of room. In my opinion the kitchen was the only downside to this property. We were there for Christmas and stayed inside. Could have used bigger variety of cookware and the dishwasher doesn't work.“

„We loved staying here. It was mat perfect, but it was great having so many beds. The living space is small, but as pictured. The only down fall to the experience was parking situations. The host told us we could park basically all the way to through the back yard and noted there was a decent sized pad to park on, but the neighbors cars were parked there and we weren’t able to fit other cars on the parking pad because of it. Luckily we were able to find street parking near the house. Definitely ...

„Perfect location to go to the Minnesota Film Festival. Cozy and inviting. Great chance to see old home features that don't exist anymore like sliding privacy doors and wood moldings, yet an updated kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom has an old fashion soaking tub and updated shower and sink. “

„Spotless, quiet, third floor 2 bed, 1 large bath w tub/shower apartment across from Swede Hollow Park and walk/bike trail system. Nice sitting area, large TV w streaming. Windows open for fresh air. Galley kitchen w sink, oven, full fridge, fully supplied. 7 min drive to Regions Hospital. 3 min drive to YMCA. Owner very nice and responsive. Neighborhood felt a bit sketchy but never had any problems even when needing to come/go after dark. I would definitely stay here again. “

„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “
