"We checked in and were assigned the wrong room (had handicap shower, when we specifically booked a room without - which cost us a few bucks more). We learned this only after dragging our five pieces of luggage up to the eight floor and to the end of a very long carpeted hallway and then had to go back down to the lobby. It took some time to assign us a second room, and we received with no apology for the error. When I mentioned to Darryl that an apology would have been appreciated, he gave me a bewildered look. “An apology? What for?” The Westin obviously does not bother to train its staff properly. Disappointing."

"I really liked the stay at the Arcadian. The Room was clean, had everything you need. For me, the best argument for this hotel is the Trolley Station right at the streetcrossing. You can go to the city very fast. And they offer a nice breakfast. And all that for a good price. Also the Staff was really helpfull. Would stay here again. "

"Perfect hotel for exploring Boston! We had a wonderful stay in a two queen beds room (three people). Very well equipped gym with Peloton bikes - LOVE IT! :-) Super clean rooms, food in restaurant was very delicious, service impeccable. Absolute recommendation! :-)"
