Cozy Modern Townhome

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful end unit townhome! Only minutes away from gas stations, gyms, churches and restaurants and only a few minute drive from major stores like Walmart, Target, TJMaxx and many more shops! This townhouse is a new construction built in a quiet but up and coming part of Ankeny! It comes with a 2 car garage, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms!

We offer a stocked pantry, beer, soda, and water in the fridge, coffee for the Keurig, laundry detergent, toothbrush/toothpaste and Netflix! We hope that offering even these small things you can sit and relax for a bit until you make it out around town!

One of the biggest perks when it comes to booking with us is that both my husband and I clean our airbnbs! We hold a very high standard for cleanliness and always want our guests to have a clean, safe and quiet place to stay! Every item that can be washed after someone checks out, will definitely be washed! (wether it was touched by the previous guest or not) Who doesn’t love a fresh clean smell!!

A friendly stay in a friendly community!
We came down to help our son and girlfriend move and our family loved this place. Ironically they moved into the same neighborhood so we knew this was the place to stay. Check in and communication with the Samra was amazing. Their hospitality was more than we could have expected. We notified them when we noticed an issue with stove and they got right back to us. We will for sure use them again in heart beat. The area is safe and very suburby.

Floor, fridge, couch, furniture. All of these were not clean. Towels and bedding are worn and frayed. They smelled ok but and wrinkled and hardly folded. One of the worst stays at a vrbo. Found a used towel hanging in bathroom. You would like to give the benefit of the doubt, but these people clearly did not make any effort in actually cleaning this place.

Nice Comfy “Home” Great Location! Many Extras like Food- Snacks, Even Apples, Pop, Girl Scout Cookies! We Had Trouble With The “Code” On The Door Knob To Get In..The Host Was Easy To Get ahold Of Got Is Right In From Garage Remote. Lots Os Stairs Many Levels… One Friend That was Older Had trouble With all The Stairs… Needs a Normal Coffee Pot, and Bring Shower Gel. Besides That PERFECT Stay!!

Nice condo with a few concerns
Overall this is a nice property and we had a great stay in Ankeny. The Condo was a good size for a party of 3 and had most of the amenities we needed. We had a few small cleanliness concerns. First, the checkout instructions require that the departing renters wash the linens. But, the only thing provided to wash the linens was fabric softener. When we asked about this, we were given additional fabric softener and told that if we needed additional items, we should go get them ourselves. This is problematic since we were instructed by the owners to wash the linens upon departing. It made us wonder if our own linens had been washed before we checked in. Moreover, the listing advertises laundry detergent. We bought our own and it was not a huge deal but our inquiries to the owner were met with a pretty angry response that accused me of being unprofessional. As a side note, owners charge cleaning fees. If we are charged cleaning fees, why are we required to also do laundry and clean before checking out? This is an industry-wide issue, but an issue nonetheless. Also, half-consumed food and beverages were left in the fridge. I appreciate not wasting things like half a dozen eggs. But no one wants to drink from a half drank carton of milk. Aside from these issues and the, in my opinion, inappropriate owner response, it was a really nice condo that is new and clearly well-maintained. The area was absolutely lovely.

We had a fantastic time. Use of the garage (w/ opener) during a snow storm was awesome. The property is as noted and the best part they love dogs. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The frig was even stocked with a local beer. Will rent again next year. Thank you for making our vacation easy.
