Property worked very well for four dads visiting their sons at UM. Location is a healthy 20 minute walk to the center of town, maybe 25-30 minute walk to campus. Or a five minute Uber. Quiet residential neighborhood with ample parking in the driveway and in the street.

Great Home Base
This was a great home base for our stay and had everything we needed. It wasn't particularly luxe, but it was perfect for our needs for this trip. Loved the location, our kids loved that there was a playground across the street. Adults loved that you could walk to Main Street. Great place!!
Lovely house that accommodates 6-8 people easily. House is tucked away in a prime location in the old West side surrounded by beautiful trees and walkable to Kerrytown and A2. Every space is beautifully decorated and well thought out. This is by far the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in and David is a wonderful host, definitely recommend!

Terrific Location
My husband and three year old son stayed here for a week visiting friends and family in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. The house is cute and many amenities like shampoo and toothpaste are provided. The washing machine and dryer are awesome. The backyard is also cool.. We walked to town multiple times, 7 minutes walking to Kerrytown/downtown area. The owner is friendly and timely with communication. Check in was a breeze. A terrific home away from home, we will be back!
