Extra Large 10' X 10' Walk in dressing closet. We have an Annapolis address and are east of midtown Annapolis & (Naval Academy) in a quiet waterfront community. Its 6.5 miles to midtown Annapolis. Our luxury SPA Loft apartment is 740sq ft and was completed in 2021. Its over top our south side garage & we include (340 sq ft) 1 side of the 2 car private climate controlled garage for your car or toys to use with plenty of off street parking. Its located in a quiet waterfront community on a dead end street. It’s a great place for peace & quiet while your enjoying a private far infrared sauna, or Jacuzzi hot tub. The bathroom also contains a luxury 8 nozzle sit down massage shower along with dual sinks & a bidet toilet. King size bed & a comfortable couch & Recliner & a desk with rolling office chair. There is also a fully equipped Kitchenette , Sink, Refrigerator, microware, dual hot plate, filter coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, utensils , dishes , bowls, glasses, plates, paper towels etc. There is a picnic table outside along with a portable grill if you want to enjoy the outdoors. You can walk down to the community fishing dock if you like to see some water or fish. WIFI Is 1000mb Verizon Fios.
Notice: 24 hr. Video Surveillance Security Cameras are positioned on the outside of the entire house for your security & safety. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.

DESCRIPTION:
Infrared Sauna Therapy is a resource used to safely detoxify the body from the chemicals, metals and other impurities found in our air, food and water. It also stimulates your immune, lymphatic and cardiovascular systems. This creates improved heart health, increased circulation, lower blood pressure and many more health benefits. The infrared heat will be coming from the panels all around you and penetrating in to your skin. As your body heats up you will sweat and with the sweat toxins will be released from the body. Lovely quiet retreat
Stayed for 3 nights in this clean, quiet loft at the end of a dead end 2-lane road. *Loved the dry sauna! Nice heat! *Loft is accessed through stairs inside the garage. *Kitchenette is small but works for breakfast and basics. *Love the large closet which is sunny and like another bedroom. *Easy communication with owner and easy access. * About 10m by car to Sandy Point State Park * About 15m by car into downtown Annapolis Great base for exploring the Annapolis area.

This was rented for four adults and two dogs who were adult children of my partner to attend a family wedding. I did not stay there or go there as I was very busy with wedding planning. It was reported that the place was big but the fouton for two wasn’t evident and their Dad gave them a blow up mattress to use. I learned that later. I also didn’t see a note from the owner to remind my guests only to smoke outside and heard that one daughter told her Dad tthat the place smelled like smoke but honestly this was all third party reporting. Appreciated that they allowed dogs.

Just what we expected
The unit was clean other than the decorative rug, looked like previous spots were never addressed. Unfortunately the AC had a mind of it’s own and kept dropping to 59 degrees. Enjoyed the jacuzzi/sauna and the plentiful towels. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped to suit our needs! Thanks for being pet 🐶 friendly!

Lovely stay
We loved our stay here! The kitchenette was well stocked for such a small space. And I loved how the open shelving made it so easy to find things. The bed is incredibly soft, honestly almost too much! We loved having our own sauna and jacuzzi right in the loft. The spacious walk in closet was a plus, as we could put our baby for naps in there, and he wouldn’t be disturbed. The door in the kitchenette has a paper over it, covering most of the window but not all. The curtain on the other side of the door came open a bit and the cat came right up to the window and stared for a while. Little weird, but not a huge deal. I’d suggest something that covers the entire window on the loft side. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very clean and well appointed. Lots of amenities. Cute neighborhood and lovely short drive to Annapolis. Noise from adjoining house was a little distracting, but not a big deal.

Wonderful Recpite - SPA Amenities Are AMAZING!
Tim and his family are wonderful hosts and extremely responsive if there is a problem. My stay of three weeks is not the norm and enjoyable.The king size bed and wonderful linens and blankets provided an awesome night's sleep.The HUGE TV is beyond belief. An abundant supply of high quality towels and bath/shower products were greatly appreciated.The sauna...where do I begin??? Walking around the neighborhood is safe with plenty of docks and water views. Grocery stores and other retail and restaurant establishments are a quick 4-8 mile drive. The Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Sandy Point State Park with beach are just minutes away. Following are few thoughts for those considering this SPA loft apartment: - The stairs up to the loft are steep with a hand rail only on one side. Probably not the best setup for senior citizens or those with a disability. Tim's wife and daughter helped with taking heavy items up the stairs as I am still recovering from a shattered femur. - Water glasses are not provided or a can opener so bring your own. - There isn't a table or chairs to eat a meal. I sat at the desk or recliner for a meal.And,the recliner is VERY comfortable. - Refrigerator is small and the freezer section can only hold 1 or 2 frozen items. I suggest bringing an ice chest if you plan on staying for a while but fine for a long weekend or week stay. Thanks Tim!

A getaway stay
Very clean but for a missed washcloth and soap atop the shower. The hot tub was nice, just barely turn it on to make sure it flows in hot. The shower didn't have the power to make it anything special but that was not what drew us to stay here. There is a curtain on the other side of the glass door in the kitchette area which was a little off-putting because we felt we could be exposed, but we never were and it wasn't an issue of concern for us. The Sandy point beach is a nice place within a short distance to relax. Nice stay.

Perfect place to relax!
This was the perfect retreat for my daughter who is a midshipman at the naval academy. After a long hot plebe summer she was able to rest and relax with all the luxury amenities of a spa all within the privacy of an apartment. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed might be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Tim was amazing to work with and super accommodating. We will most definitely be back!

A Quiet Retreat
A wonderful spot to get away from everything and everyone. Thermostat wasn't working upon arrival. But host resolved that problem rapidly. Only disappointment was that by the time the tub had enough water to use the jets, the water was too cold to enjoy.

nice location, safe neighborhood, We had a little bit of trouble get smart TV to work, but Tim talked us through it. Had some trouble with hot water, none in kitchen, wash up the little bit of dirty dishes we had in bathroom sink, took awhile to get hot water to shower, 2nd day we were there,only enough to fill whirlpool tub up over jets ,and was luke warm, finally got really hot the morning we were leaving for a hot shower, very nice with all the jets, the infa red suana was great, a little hard to seat on wood seat, but still made me fill great.... also had a bit of trouble working the thermostat, Tim talked us through it... Could use some wine and regular drinking glasses in kitchen, and a can opener, maybe a keurig coffee maker. Also a bigger refrigerator with a little bit bigger freezer, especially if your staying more than 2 nights...Could use a small table and chairs to have somewhere to eat , other than that we loved it and would come back....
