This is the perfect getaway home for an enjoyable and relaxing stay in Annapolis. It is conveniently located within walking distance to USNA, Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, and everything that beautiful downtown Annapolis has to offer.
Be prepared to be impressed with this exquisite and meticulously cleaned and maintained home. We invite you to stay with us for a wonderful and easy-going experience during your time in beautiful Annapolis.
This home underwent a total renovation in the summer of 2017 with an open floor plan, amenity loaded kitchen and pantry. Features four bedrooms with comfortable furniture and beds, a spacious living room, separate TV/play room, private fenced-in backyard & fully furnished patio and a front porch with seating.

Awesome Annapolis Abode!
This is a fabulous home-the updates are beautiful. We rented this house while attending a wedding in the area. It is convenient to several hotels so friends could stop by. The layout, both inside and out, provides nice conversation spots for catching up with family. The kitchen and pantry are well-stocked and had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. The host is very easy to deal with. Will definitely book again on our next trip to the area.

Great house in a great location
Laura’s house is so nice and comfortable. It has everything you could need and more. The backyard is such a great space. My one and only complaint/warning is that the front bedrooms were noisy at night because of the cars/traffic going by. This is nothing a white noise machine can’t fix. We would still definitely stay there again!(

Just what we needed
This is a GREAT rental property. We've stayed in dozens of rentals and this was one of the best. We had an awesome weekend. I can't recommend this enough. The property is super clean, well appointed, and comfortable. This worked well for a long weekend visiting our Midshipman where we made several trips to the Academy, drove and walked different times to Downtown Annapolis, and quick trips to the close grocery store. The weather was a bit warm yet we took some advantage of the very nice backyard that had a grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating. Laura was a great communicator. We had everything we needed and she was "instant" in acknowledging our check-in success. We loved the Annapolis and US Naval Academy touches throughout. If we come back with family, we will definitely be looking to book again. It is also very close to the football stadium. Super impressed and satisfied.

We were so pleased with the rental. It is in a great location- walking distance to town and there is a free trolley pickup across the street. There is plenty of space and all of the top finishes. The property manager was very attentive. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Perfect!!
This house is absolutely amazing! My friends and I want to move in! Everything was beautiful, very conducive to spending quality time with family/friends. We especially loved the living area and fire pit/sitting area in the backyard. The location was great- not so much in the super busy area but close enough that we could walk if we had a little extra time or drive in just a few minutes The owners were also wonderful, very nice and very responsive. The owners were amazing in every regard, the house is well equipped, and the back yard was a great place for relaxing between weekend events. We rented this house for a reunion weekend and we were able to walk everywhere from its location. We have a small child that loves to look out the front window and play in the backyard. My wife and I woke up early and enjoyed our morning coffee next to the fire on the back patio. We had plenty of room with our friends taking up the other rooms and sharing the communal spaces with plenty of hang out options. We will definitely be keeping this house on our short list of options when visiting DTA and USNA.

My oldest son’s(USNA class of 2010) Wedding Weekend!!
It was everything we were expecting and more!! We were allowed to come in early if needed, and it was beautiful from the front porch to the inside and to the back yard with fire pit!! All the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing! There was a lot of room in the basement bedroom for one of my other son’s wife and babies to stretch out! Amazing home~only issue is parking on a busy street but there were a few more spots down from the house a bit! We would all love to stay here again someday!! Thank you!!🥰
