„Obwohl Reise vollständig bezahlt wurde, wollte das Hotel noch 610 us dollar abkassieren vor Ort und ließ uns knapp 4 Stunden in der Lobby sitzen. Muss aber auch erwähnen, wenn es Probleme im Zimmer gab, sei es eine defekte nicht mehr verschließbare Balkontür ( 2mal) oder eine kaputte Dusche sowie ein defekte Wasserkocher wurde gleich reagiert. Kann aber auch nicht nachvollziehen, das soetwas bei Ankunft schon passieren kann!“

„totally run down facility, and super expensive for what it is so extremely bad value for money. room wasnt equipped with basics, promises to rectify not kept. staff try but not very hard, or not at all. pool was broken everywhere, dirty and did not seem hygenic. when checking out no one was interested in feedback, or if i enjoyed the stay. the whole place is deperately missing an intensive update and a loving touch, facilties and staff“

„This resort is stunning! The units are gorgeous and the resort sits on one of the prettiest beaches in Antigua! We traveled with my family and had a studio and 3BR unit with a pool. The units are well equipped with GE and LG appliances-no expense spared! The staff was lovely and accommodating-special shout out to David on the beach who kept the pina coladas coming and was so friendly and lovely! A couple of critiques would be to improve the breakfast… for this level of facility it needs a ...

„Very beautiful location with nice beaches. Although we booked a sunset view cottage, we had no unobstructed view as our cottage was only facing one beach and was also grown with palms in front of our porch. Staff was mostly very slow and helpful only after arguing. Lunch and dinner were quite alright, breakfast was slow (a la carte) and with only limited and rather dry tasting choice. Cocktails were also only average. This,considering with the extremely high prices, we would not come back.“
