„Très agréable hôtel/lodge, accès direct à la plage Après c est loin d être luxueux comme il l Affiche… les chambre spacieuses, mais mériterai d’ être repeinte, aussi la salle de bain. La literie très moyenne, le matelas sans aucune alèse ou protection, juste un draps qui le recouvre… Après grosse déception pour la piscine, l eau était si trouble qu on ne voyait même pas le fond et donc ne m’y suis même pas baigner. „We enjoyed our stay at Bella’s condo. Bella was very responsive to our requests and needs throughout our stay. Nice 2 bedroom condo. Next to a great area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby (walking distance). We ate at nearby restaurants our whole stay. We would stay here again. “

„The location is in an elevated setting quite high in the mountain offering guests a clear view of the trees and peak of the mountain range. The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. “

„No lights in hallway and building at night. You will need to use the light on your phone or a flashlight to find your room at night. Also at checkout they charge for cleaning the room. Worst place in Dumaguete.“

„New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is the old box type and not inverter so it's somewhat noisy. On the upside it's a huge apartment with a TV with YouTube connectivity so there is plenty to watch. It's a new place so if you don't mind it ...

„THis unit is no longer part of VRBO. The phone number and email to the host is not correct. Had to pay out of pocket for the stay. Once we get back we will do a charge back. We spent over 8 hours trying to get this worked out, NOTHING NO SUPPORT. I have multiple case numbers with VRBO. Expedia said they cant help we have to contact VRBO....I booked through EXPEDIA, you should take some responsibility.....“
