BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bookings for the first 8 guests are based on sharing the 4 x Queen/Double Beds.
[If any of the first 8 guests don't wish to share a bed, Extra Beds are available at $40/Bed per stay]

BOOKING UP TO 23 GUESTS:
The AirBNB system only facilitates for reservations up to 16 guests, so beyond that we need to create a Money Request in their system, for the Extra Guest cost of $27pp/night.
