It lies on the North Sea coast some 16 miles east-northeast of Dundee and 45 miles south-southwest of Aberdeen. Arbirlot is a small village, approximately 2 miles west of Arbroath, and is home to a spectacular 23-foot waterfall. The waterfall comes from the Elliot Water, a minor river around 7½ miles long which flows through Arbirlot before reaching the North Sea at Elliot, Arbroath.

If you pay for parking, please inform owner and your parking charges will be refunded. Please retain receipt.2. Rooms are adjoining one another with an interconnecting door (always locked). Sound proofing is poor due to it being a 250 + year old property. Adjustments have been made to improve the soundproofing between adjoining rooms with varying success.
